We also have classes in Tang Soo Do, Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Eskrima.

We strive to provide quality education and training. To help as many children and adult students to realize their highest potential and to experience lives of productivity, creativity, and self-fulfillment through Martial Arts.

We are dedicated to teaching our students courtesy, respect, loyalty and disipline with and emphasis on life skills, self-defense.
Group and Private lessons.

Our classes are smaller so you receive more personal attention and the beginner class is 60 minute long consisting of a mix of exercise/strength training and martial arts lessons with 4-10 students.

Each student receives the best instruction from our head instructors with over 35 years of martial arts experience.

Childrens Karate Classes ages 5 to 12 years of age

Your child will be learning valuable skills, life lessons, self defense training, focus, concentration and most importantly respect and discipline.

We also accept special needs children.

International Tang Soo Do Federation Of Korea,
Universal Tang Soo Do Alliance,
Wei Kuen Do Association.

We teach people of all ages, classes, and creeds. Our students can train and gain benefits from Martial Arts. Our classes stress the development of individual character, integrity, and respect for others. We teach coordination, balance, flexibility, self-discipline and the ability to focus and succeed. Tang Soo Do, which translates into "the way of the Chinese hand." By borrowing from multiple existing styles of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese martial arts, Tang Soo Do offers a conglomerate of punching, kicking, and blocking techniques that create a powerful and well-balanced style suited for all types of practitioners. Lessons also incorporate key teachings from:

Martial Arts does not promote violence,
but rather instills confidence in the trainee's ability to handle any situation.

We believe that people of all ages, classes, and creeds can train and gain benefits from Martial Arts.

Our curriculum has been designed to provide you with a unique balance of mental and physical coordination while we teach you practical self-defense.

Our classes develops individual's character, integrity, and respect for others.

Coordination, balance, flexibility, self-discipline and the ability to focus and succeed are just part of the whole that is being trained in our classes.
